Can I buy now?
Not yet. We are on the bench. Joining the waitlist locks in priority on the first Pistonix Forge batch and monthly roadmap updates.
Will it replace the original ECU or piggyback?
Pistonix replaces the original ECU (standalone) — not a piggyback like Power Vision/Fuelpak. You unplug the original Delphi ECM and plug Pistonix into the same connector via an adapter harness. OEM sensors and actuators stay in place. 100% reversible: in 10 minutes the Delphi is back in. M8 with HDLAN works via passthrough — cluster and ABS stay alive. See the full breakdown →
Which bikes are supported first?
Twin Cam 2004-2016 is the commercial pilot. Sportster and custom V-twin (S&S, RevTech) come in wave two. Milwaukee-Eight 2017+ arrives later with the Pistonix Apex (ride-by-wire). Evolution and Shovelhead are on the future roadmap.
Is it street legal?
Hardware configured for race (Pistonix Quarter) is intended for closed-course use only. Forge and Apex on the street depend on local emissions and noise laws. Reach out if unsure.
Do you offer install?
Yes — the initial batch includes hands-on install at Milwaukee Garage Drag Racing (RS, Brazil) and remote support via Pistonix Garage worldwide.
How does support work?
Direct from the people who wrote the firmware. No offshore queue, no time-zone gap. Email or WhatsApp (shared after waitlist signup).
