About

The team behind Pistonix.

Proprietary hardware, closed firmware, direct support. Built in Passo Fundo, RS, in the backyard of Brazil's most active V-twin drag racing community.

Manifesto

Tuning V-twin should be a real conversation.

The V-twin aftermarket has always relied on tools designed for other people in other languages: OEM ECMs flashed with closed maps, or generic standalone ECUs where the V-twin is a second-class citizen. Pistonix exists to close that gap.

We build proprietary hardware, closed firmware and per-engine curated basemaps. Instead of apologizing for the V-twin, we put it center stage: 45° geometry handled in firmware, native 32-2 wheel decoder, dedicated support for Twin Cam, Sportster, Milwaukee-Eight and S&S/RevTech custom builds.

Pillars

How we decide.

01

Safety first

Firmware controls an engine running at 6000+ RPM. Bugs break engines, damage bikes, and hurt riders. Defensive coding, limp mode and watchdog are mandatory.

02

V-twin first

We are not a generic ECU that tolerates V-twin. We are an ECU designed from pin one for V-twin. Every feature, every basemap and every connector considers Harley and custom builds before anything else.

03

Real support

Tuning, install and questions in Portuguese and English, no offshore SaaS queue, direct from the people who wrote the firmware.

04

Built by Brazil

Factory in Rio Grande do Sul, FuelTech ecosystem next door, Milwaukee Garage beachhead in the backyard. Every batch is validated by the community before it ships.
