Pistonix Forge
The base ECU. Forged from the ground up for Twin Cam and custom V-twin.
Forge is the entry point of the Pistonix lineup. It runs sequential injection and ignition, internal datalogger, basic boost control and closed-loop AFR with a wideband sensor. The commercial launch focuses on Harley Twin Cam 2004-2016 — the largest installed base in Brazil — and the roadmap covers Sportster (all generations), Evolution Big Twin and Shovelhead in subsequent waves.

What is inside.
Sequential injection and ignition
Each cylinder on its own channel; 45° V-twin asymmetric timing handled in firmware.
Closed-loop AFR
Real-time correction with wideband. Independent tables per cylinder bank.
Boost control
PWM for aftermarket turbo wastegate. 2D tables on RPM and MAP.
Internal datalogger
USB CDC stream during a session and full log dump after the run.
Robust limp mode
Detects sensor failure and falls back to a conservative map before the engine is hurt.
Curated basemaps
Ready-made tunes for Twin Cam stock, slip-on, big-bore and basic turbo. Sportster and Evo arrive in later waves.
